About the Certificate Program (for Institutional Use)
The Eri’s Japanese Professional Presence Certificate is a structured learning program designed to help young women develop a stable internal standard (“stance”) for decision-making, communication, and professional behavior within Japanese workplaces.
For institutional use, this program functions as:
- A self-paced foundational curriculum for students or early-career professionals
- A preventive learning framework to reduce confusion, disengagement, and early withdrawal
- A shared language and reflection tool for career guidance, orientation, or support programs
Participants work through five core modules covering personal boundaries, internal standards, professional presence, and long-term career stability, supported by reflective exercises and optional assessments.
This institutional license allows your organization to offer the program as part of your official educational or support activities, while individual learners focus on personal reflection rather than certification for commercial use.

Institutional License: $999 USD per institution per year
Includes access for up to 50 students.
Additional students: $15 USD per student per year

A: Due to the digital nature of the program, all sales are final. Technical support will be provided if access issues arise.
